Amar is a great teacher and a wonderful dancer but I feel like this DVD is something most dancers can skip. I'm not sure what level I would rate this DVD at because while it focuses on the basic most common shimmies the instruction is not as thorough as other beginner's DVDs I have. The practice time is not very significant either, she breaks down the movement at a medium pace and then gets into it and starts layering. Granted, these are only shimmies so the layers don't get overly complicated but I feel that for a basics type of shimmy DVD there should be far more drills before layering begins to increase endurance and overall execution of the movement. It can be really discouraging for beginners who learn how to do a hybrid shimmy and have her layer a shimmy with a maya 20 minutes later. Once again, Amar is a good teacher and great dancer but I feel like there's something missing in how the instruction will come across to inexperienced dancers. As for intermediate and advanced dancers, I think these dancers can skip this DVD because it seems so basic and it does not offer drills to practice the more challenging layered shimmies. Amar just introduces how to do various layers for about 2 minutes and moves on. It would be frustrating for experienced dancers to have to go through the breakdown of the movement each time before getting on to the short practice portion.

- Cassiopia Cassell awoke from a deep, wonderful sleep. In her dream, it was autumn, and the breeze had become almost too cool for a picnic. The leaves on the trees in the valley below blossomed with color. She stood on a green hillside, looking up at the weeping willow atop it. A cloaked figure waited there, a man dressed in the simple brown cloak of a monk, the hood shielding his face. Light seemed to radiate from him. Cassiopia climbed the hill to greet him. Clearly, he was a source of wisdom. He would expect a question. It would need to be profound to warrant his consideration. She stopped and bowed her head in respect. “Can you tell me, what is the true nature of the universe?” she asked. “Tell me first about love,” he replied. “I’m sorry. I don’t know about love,” she answered. Below the shadow of the hood, she glimpsed his smile. “Y ou will,” he said. “Y ou will.” A sudden gust of cold wind made her turn away. W hen she turned back, he was gone. She searched the landscape and the chill returned. She hugged herself and realized one shoulder hurt. The sound of howling wind broke into her dream. Her eyelids fluttered open, but her eyes refused to focus. There was a sore spot on the left side of her forehead. She touched it and found a bump. Struggling to awaken, the world became a white blur. Her eyelids felt heavy, and uncooperative. She forced them to open fully and tried to make sense of the snow-covered cliff in front of her. A twisted sculpture of metal and wire drew a frame around her vision. Her mind began to catch up. The twisted metal was the fuselage of an aircraft. She was still strapped in her seat. Snow and a bundle of wire lay in her lap. Other drifts of snow filled the isle beside her. An icy wind cut at her face. Memory of the crash began to force itself upon her. It began with smoke in the cabin. The right engine failed. The pilot changed course, because of something about drift-down. A slow descent began into clouds, followed by a massive impact beneath the airplane. The right wing struck something. They spun and crashed and slid, and crashed again. W ide-eyed Cassiopia looked for her companion, Scott Markman. He was still in his seat in the isle next to her, bent over and unconscious, his head covered with a layer of snow and frost. W hat remained of the aircraft’s front dividing wall and instrument panel was in his lap and against his chest. She thought to scream but looked around and found no one to hear. Jerking sideways, she reached for Scott, but her seatbelt restrained her. She wrestled to unhook it, and stiffly made her way to him, brushing the snow away, and gently lifting his chin. There was a bad cut and bruise on his forehead, but it was not bleeding. There was a pulse in the carotid artery. He was encased in twisted instrument panel and wreckage. She pushed forward on a section of it to no avail. In shock, she looked again for help. There was nothing but wreckage and white wilderness. The front of the aircraft was completely gone. She was standing in an open fuselage under assault by the elements. Her fingers were numb, her breath creating mist. At the front, the isle was blocked by more broken instrument panel and twisted metal. Her cell phone. It had been in the briefcase with her laptop. Scrambling back to her seat, there was no sign of it.
She got down on the floor and looked underneath. There was a package of energy bars that had been in the briefcase. Papers from the case were strewn everywhere. She pushed herself up and climbed around the cabin searching frantically. It was no use. Those things were gone. She looked outside at the threatening weather. Maybe out there somewhere. She clambered clumsily over the seats and ducked beneath hanging wire bundles to get out. It was snowing. The black rock of a jagged cliff rose up in front of the wreckage. On the right, a snow-covered hill disappeared upward into clouds. On the left, twenty feet away, the ledge dropped off sharply. She leaned into the wind, pushed her way around the wreckage and staggered along the hillside. The right wing was completely gone. Behind the tail of the aircraft, a trail of snow-covered jagged metal marked the path they had taken down the side of the mountain. Aircraft parts and trash were strewn everywhere. There was no sign of the cockpit or the pilot. Cassiopia wrapped her arms tightly around her in the howling wind. W here was the baggage? It had been stored in the rear. She made her way through the waist-deep snow to the baggage door near the tail. The vertical section of tail was sheared off, the metal skin of the back end badly wrinkled. She found the baggage door but it was jammed tight. Her fingers were too cold to try to force the frozen latch. She pushed back through the snow, climbed back in next to Markman, sat facing him in the isle seat, and began to cry. Markman groaned and moved his head slightly. Cassiopia sat up. “Scott?”Nothing.
This book will simply and plainly teach you how to write computer viruses. It is not one of those all too common books that decry viruses and call for secrecy about the technology they employ, while curiously giving you just enough technical details about viruses so you don’t feel like you’ve been cheated. Rather, this book is technical and to the point. Here you will find complete sources for plug-and-play viruses, as well as enough technical knowledge to become a proficient cutting-edge virus programmer or anti-virus programmer. Now I am certain this book will be offensive to some people. Publication of so-called “inside information” always provokes the ire of those who try to control that information. Though it is not my intention to offend, I know that in the course of informing many I will offend some. In another age, this elitist mentality would be derided as a relic of monarchism. Today, though, many people seem all too ready to give up their God-given rights with respect to what they can own, to what they can know, and to what they can do for the sake of their personal and financial security. This is plainly the mentality of a slave, and it is rampant everywhere I look. I suspect that only the sting of a whip will bring this perverse love affair with slavery to an end.
Mark Ludwig is rekoned to be one of the worlds leading experts in the field of computer viruses and this book (with disk) goes to prove that he is. Written for those with a good understanding of computer languages, this is no trip for the feint hearted. I recommend this to anyone wanting to know how they can improve their systems form malicious attack, BUT dont use the disk if you don't know what you are doing as the demo viruses contained COULD do serious damage. Defineatly a recommended read.
This book is a classic exposition on the programming of computer viruses. I concur with the other reviewers in that this is the best book ever on the subject (it is likely the only book on the subject from my searches). The first edition of this book is free to download from the publisher's website (search for American Eagle Publications in Google because Amazon.com won't let me put the URL) (it requires you to register but that is free too) along with the Little Black Book of Computer Viruses and lots of other information. THIS BOOK CAN STILL BE PURCHASED NEW FROM THE PUBLISHER'S WEBSITE for forty dollars, so don't order an overpriced used copy from Amazon.com (at the time of this writing, some jerk was trying to sell it for over one hundred dollars used! What a rip-off!).
This tells you just about anything you ever wanted to know about the behavior of computer virii, who makes them, how to make one yourself, and explores how some antivirus programs work. If you do buy this one, you probably won't be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised with this workout! I was skeptical as to how effective a 3-minute aerobic, 2-minute weights, and 1-minute core workout would be... but it was great! I was sweating, my heart-rate was escalating, and by the end, I felt energized and strong! The instructor is delightful (very encouraging and fun), and the mood and music are upbeat. There are even tips that scroll at the bottom of the screen to help make it the most effective (breathing, positioning techniques, etc.) After the workout, one of the women demonstrates other useful relaxation and massage techniques. I am very happy with this purchase, and will use this circuit often as part of my workout regime!
This is a good dvd. There are six complete circuits - each one has about three minutes of cardio, two minutes of toning and one minute of corework. Chris Freytag's cuing is great and she has just the right amount of enthusiasm to motivate rather than annoy. My favourite cardio section is the Latin dance. Get thos dvd for all levels of fitness. There is one demonstrater that shows you a low impact version if you aren't overly fit yet. I totally recommend this.

I've only just started to use this DVD in the past couple of weeks but I have to give it a huge recommendation. The benefits in my posture are increadible. Looking back at old photos I am realising how bad my posture used to be. At first it was tough to maintain the positions, on my back especially. However, now I am getting used to it, it is not so bad. And I look pretty good in photos now too! It's not purely for fixing my porture though. This DVD is supposed to help me tone and strengthen my muscles. It has certainly been doing that, I can tell you. The more I do the workouts, the more I am ABLE to do the workouts. My strength is deffinitely increasing. All together, I great DVD for general well being. +++++

Tiêu là lọai nông sản phụ nhưng rất quý, thời nào cũng có thị trường tiêu biểu rộng rãi: cả trong lẫn ngòai nước nên không lo bị ế ẩm. Tiêu là mặt hàng xuất khẩu mạnh. Do tiêu là lọai gia vị rất được ưa chuộng khắp nơi, trong các bữa ăn hàng ngày từ Á sang Âu, đúng ra là khắp các Châu Lục, thiếu món tiêu để nêm thì thức ăn ngon lành đến đâu cũng thành vô vị, ăn không ngon miệng được.
Muốn lập vườn trồng tiêu phải hội đủ bốn điều thiết yếu sau đây và đó cũng là bốn mối lo chính: đất - nước tưới - nọc tiêu - và hom giống. Do cây tiêu chỉ thích hợp với lọai đất trồng là đất đỏ, đất đỏ nâu và đất thịt pha cát nên phải tìm những vùng có đất lọai này để lập vườn trồng tiêu mới cho kết quả tốt. Đất đã không hợp thì dù có trồng, tiêu cũng sống được nhưng đừng đòi hỏi thu họach được với năng suất cao!
Tuy vậy, các lọai đất này không thiếu ở nhiều tỉnh miền Đông và nhiều nơi khác, vì hiện nay người ta đã trồng tiêu khắp các tỉnh Gia Định,Biên Hòa, Bình Dương, Bình Phước, Tây Nguyên….Tìm thửa đất để lập vườn trồng không khó, nhất là đối với những người ở các địa phương trên, nhưng có cái khó là vùng đất đó có gần nguồn nước tưới hay không?

Tình cảm gia đình luôn là thứ tình cảm thiêng liêng, cao cả và bất diệt. Đối với cha mẹ, con cái cho dù đã lớn, đã lập gia đình và sinh con cái thì vẫn còn rất "bé bỏng". Thuật ngữ thể loại thơ văn trung đại Việt Nam ở đây chỉ các thể thơ và văn được sử dụng trong văn học cổ của ta, không kể các thể thơ văn chịu ảnh hưởng phương tây sau này. Có thể xem những thể thơ văn sử dụng trong các tác phẩm văn học Việt Nam thời trung đại là đối tượng nghiên cứu của chuyên đề. Những thể loại này sẽ được nhìn dưới góc độ thi pháp học trong đó các yếu tố kỹ thuật như thanh, vần, đối, nhịp và các phương thức nghệ thuật sử dụng ngôn từ, điển cố cũng như đề tài, cấu trúc bố cục sẽ được đặc biệt lưu ý. Có thể loại hội đủ các điều kiện trên như thơ Đường luật, phú Đường luật. Cũng có thể loại chỉ dung nạp một số yếu tố nhất định như lục bát, song thất lục bát. Rồi ở mỗi thể loại, sự xuất hiện và phối hợp của các yếu tố ấy cũng không giống nhau. Nhưng dù ở trường hơp nào, hướng nghiên cứu dưới góc độ thi pháp thể loại hoàn toàn có hiệu qủa tích cực đối với việc thẩm định giá trị cũng như qúa trình hình thành và phát triển của nền văn học Việt Nam.
Trước đây, để phân loại các thể thơ văn, Ưu Thiên Bùi Kỷ trong “Quốc văn cụ thể” chia các thể thơ văn cổ làm 4 lối :
1. Có vần không đối: như lục bát, song thất lục bát và các biến thể của chúng (tức là những thể loại thuần túy của người Việt).
2. Có vần có đối: như thơ, phú Đường luật(tức là những thể loại mô phỏng theo Trung Quốc)
3. Không vần có đối: như lối văn tứ lục (tức văn biền lệ, cũng là nhưng thể loại mô phỏng theo Trung Quốc).
4. Không vần không đối: như lối tản văn (tức lối văn xuôi thông thường, tức nhữngt thể loại ta và Trung Quốc đều có).
Sự phân biệt thể loại thơ văn trên cơ sở các yếu tố kỹ thuật vần và đối thực ra chưa hoàn toàn thỏa đáng.
Điểm thứ nhất: Ví dụ bài Đường phú tuy có vần có đối nhưng xét về cách cấu trúc, nó sử dụng các loại câu của văn biền ngẫu –lối cấu trúc câu mang tính trí tuệ. Tuy các câu trong bài Đường phú hiệp vần với nhau nhưng không phải vì thế mà cho phú Đường luật là thơ được, bởi vì trong thơ – dù theo quan niệm cũ đi nữa- thì vần cũng chỉ là yếu tố quan trọng chứ chưa phải là yếu tố duy nhất, yếu tố quyết định của thơ. Đó là chưa nói đến quan niệm mới, vần không còn là yếu tố quan trọng trong thơ nữa, mà chính cảm xúc của người sáng tác mới là yếu tố quyết định. Vả chăng, người xưa cũng coi trọng cảm xúc thơ, xem nó như là yếu tố bản chất, yếu tố quyết định khi phân biệt thơ với văn vần, hay nói cách khác không phải bất cứ bài văn vần nào cũng là thơ được. Như thế, chúng ta không thể xem bài phú Đường luật là thơ. Có thể quan niệm nó là loại văn xuôi có vần.
Điểm thứ hai: Dựa vào đối để phân biệt thể loại 2(thơ Đường luật) và thể loại 1(Lục bát, Song thất lục bát) cũng chưa thỏa đáng, vì ngoài đối ra, các yếu tố kỹ thuật thanh, vần, nhịp của 2 loại trên cũng có những điểm khác biệt cần lưu ý phân tích.
